Congrats on starting your first wikiHow article!

Like all new articles, it will now go through a quality review process to ensure it follows our community guidelines. If your article meets those guidelines, you'll get a note letting you know that it's been promoted.

In the meantime you can continue editing to improve your article, or try visiting our Community Dashboard for other ways to help. You might get a kick out of flipping through the Topic Greenhouse to find articles in your area of expertise so you can add your knowledge there, too!

Hey there!

I noticed that you have recently published an article here and wanted to say thanks. Contributing new articles to wikiHow is one of the best ways to help out! I did want to reach out, though, because it appears that the article you submitted is very similar to an article on another website:

Did you use that as your research source? Don't panic - lots of people don't realize that copying text from other sites is against copyright law. I can just have the article deleted, or maybe you'd like to rewrite it in your own words?

If you're the original author of the article on the website I linked to, let me know so I can make a note of that on the discussion page. Since we generally don't promote live articles that have been taken word-for-word from elsewhere, though, your best bet is still to rework the content into something new and uniquely helpful, using multiple reputable sources. Does that sound doable? Let me know what you think.

Either way, I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks for contributing here!

Hi there, welcome to wikiHow! it is great that you have submitted an article to us, thank you for doing that.  I've reviewed your article and noticed that we already have atitleon that topic.  wikiHow has a Merge Policy of having onetitleper topic, that way our readers can find all the information they are looking for in one place instead of reading lots of articles all dealing with the same thing:)  as wikiHow is a collaborative project I have gone ahead and merged your title to the already published title for you :)  You can if you wish add any new and unique information to Develop Personality in the Tips section.  Kind regards, Sarah

Hi Hassan Naveed Malik. Thank you for starting a new article on wikiHow!

I noticed that a title you started (How to Have a Healthy Relation ship) is very similar to a title we already have: How to Have a Healthy Relationship. It looks like they might be duplicates! On wikiHow, we consider two articles to be duplicates when their titles are practically interchangeable (even if the content is different). When we find a duplicate, we then work to make make sure all the information ends up consolidated on one page, typically the one with the simpler, more commonly searched title. That way, our readers can find everything about that particular topic in one place.

If you agree that the title you started is a duplicate, you can help by adding your how-to advice to the other page. The duplicate page will eventually get redirected to the other page, and we don't want to lose all the great information you provided. If you don't think your article is actually a duplicate, feel free to leave a note on the discussion page (which you can find ) explaining why, and let me know, too. Sometimes we make mistakes, and we definitely don't want to merge it if it is different!

If you have any questions or need help with anything, just reply to this message. Thanks again for contributing!

Hi there, Hassan! I noticed that you have created several articles recently, although it appears they have all been on duplicate topics - meaning topics that we already have existing articles on. When this happens, your article title is just redirected to our existing article since we only allow one article per topic. Before you write an article, you might want to search wikiHow to see if we already have articles on that topic, and if we do then consider contributing to those existing articles!

I would actually suggest checking out the Community Dashboard to find ways to get involved rather than diving right into writing new articles. You might find an area that you really enjoy in the dashboard. :)

Hello!

I noticed that an article you started () doesn't really follow an instructional format. Can I offer some advice to help it from getting deleted? Since we're a how-to site, it's important that in each of the steps of the article, you give the reader an action to take. It's good to provide background information, but without actual instructions, it's more of an encyclopedia or blog entry than a how-to.

Can you revise the article with this in mind? For more information and tips on writing on wikiHow visit our Writer's Guide and How to Format a wikiHow Article. I hope they're helpful! Let me know if you have any questions, or if there's anything I can do to help.

Shoot, that means that they're all copyrighted and cannot be used on wikiHow. That's okay, I know it can be tricky to get the hang of uploading images to wikiHow with appropriate licenses. For the most part, any image that you find elsewhere online cannot be uploaded to wikiHow because someone else owns the image. Only images that you've created or taken yourself can be uploaded here. You can also reuse images by following the steps on !

Thanks for letting me know, Eric has mentioned several times that wikiHow cannot use images you have uploaded from Google because of the copyright issues. Please refrain from uploading that type of image :) thanks for your understanding, Sarah
